Teen Patti is an Indian English-Hindi language ( Drama and Thriller ) film released in cinemas on 26 February 2010.

Venkat Subramaniam (Amitabh Bachchan), a genius Indian professor of mathematics, cracks a redefining theory of probability that can help one win. Venkat tries to use this experiment in an online game called Teen Patti, and the theory works for him.
However, the theory gets rejected when Venkat submits the same to the institute where he teaches. Venkat plans to execute the theory at a larger scale and convinces Shantanu (R. Madhavan), a younger professor, to get three students for the experiment.
Soon, the team discovered some Addas (places) for playing Teen Patti. However, they eventually land into trouble when someone steals their money, someone starts blackmailing them, and they start betraying each other.
